Fuller Library now has online access to the APA Diagnostic and Statistical Manual, fifth edition Text Revision (DSM-5TR) through the PsychiatryOnline Premium Database from the APA. Access the DSM-5TR Online here.
If you would like to search for a specific section or phrase within the DSM-5TR, you can use PsychiatryOnline's advanced search feature. Type "DSM library" into the "published in" search box and select the result from the drop down menu. You can then type your keywords into the main search box
Unfortunately, APA does not allow users to solely search the DSM-5TR, but you can search the DSM library which includes the current DSM and other DMS-5 supplemental handbooks and cases.
You can also access the DSM-5TR as an eBook directly through the library catalog, and while browsing or searching the complete PsychiatryOnline Database. PsychiatryOnline is typically accessed from the Fuller Library database page.
Complete Database Description:
PsychiatryOnline Premium provides online access to a rich, well-rounded collection of psychiatry and psychology books. In addition to DSM-5TR, the collection contains the Guia de Consulta de DSM-5 (Spanish), the DSM-5 differential diagnosis handbook, DSM-5 clinical cases to bring abstract concepts to life, multidisciplinary treatment guidelines, as well as the latest APA textbooks and study guides—all within a single search and navigation interface that integrates journals and books.
