The official Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association is available in print at Fuller's Pasadena campus. The call number for the 7th ed. (2020) is BF76.7 .P83 2020. Pasadena currently has 1 copy available in reference, but earlier editions are available for checkout. Online students are welcome to submit a scan on demand request for a particular section (up to 2 chapters or 10% of the work, whichever is less).

Unfortunately, the full APA publication manual is not available online. However you can access The Concise APA Handbook and a summary APA Guidelines for Students online as eBooks. These works provide abridged and summary instructions on APA citation and many of the concerns addressed in the complete APA manual. You can also consult APA handouts and guides available on the APA website.

Another popular free online resource for citation help is the Purdue Online Writing Lab (OWL) for APA. This site provides detailed instructions and examples for APA citations, reference lists, tables and figures, and other paper related issues (see contents in the left-column).

If you would like individual assistance or additional resources for citation and writing styles, please contact the writing center at writingcenter@fuller.edu or schedule an appointment with their online appointment calendar
