The main English language collection can be found in basements A and B. Basement A houses the main collection books with call numbers A through BT. Basement B houses the main collection books with call numbers BV through ZZ. All Asian language books are held on the second floor, and all Spanish language books on the third floor. All these books are available for standard circulation.
In addition, many older titles are held in our storage closed stacks. The check out times for these books are the same as the main collection, but the books must be retrieved by library staff. Please submit a storage/closed stacks request form at the front circulation desk at the library entrance (the Peggy Helmerich Learning Commons). Please have the book's call number, author, short title, and volume number (if applicable) ready to fill out the form.
Current Masters level students can check out up to 30 items for 3 weeks at a time with two renewals. Current Ph.D., Th.M., and D.Miss. level students can check out up to 100 items for 3 months at a time with one renewal. Please visit our access policies page to see circulation and access privileges for all patron types.
