This usually means you’ve reached the daily PDF download limit for that eBook. Publishers set page limits, and once you hit that limit, the option is temporarily disabled.
How many pages can I download as PDFs?
Each eBook has a specific page allowance. For example, Stories with Intent: A Comprehensive Guide to the Parables of Jesus allows up to 318 pages to be downloaded as PDFs.

When does the PDF download limit reset?
