Q. Where can I purchase food on the Pasadena campus? Can I eat it in the library?

Local Dining:

The Pasadena campus does not currently offer dining options. Prior to 2026, it had an on-campus location known as The Refrectory. There are multiple popular food services within a short walk away from campus on Walnut (north) and Colorado Blvd (south).

Eating in the Library:

Patrons are welcome to eat food in the Library lobby and on the third floor balcony.

We kindly ask that patrons refrain from eating or consuming open topped beverages in other areas, including the reading rooms and on the second floor.
