Fuller's subscription to EndNote ended in December 2016. This means that Fuller no longer provides EndNote software, troubleshooting, or technical support. If you still wish to use this bibliographic software in your academics, the latest program version is available for personal purchase on the EndNote website.

Instead of EndNote, the Fuller Library strongly suggests using the free bibliographic software Zotero for your citation needs. Although library and tech staff are unable to directly install software on to student's personal computers, students can easily download the software from https://www.zotero.org/download/.

The library has provided a zotero resource page, which includes an introductory user guide, tutorial videos, and info on how to transfer EndNote files to Zotero. Students can also browse Zotero's user forums for additional FAQ help.
