Q. When I try to search Academic Search Premiere (EBSCO), it asks for credentials--a user ID, a password, and a group ID. How do I access it?

If you tried to access EBSCO Academic Search Premier from our library database link at https://infoguides.fuller.edu/az.php, you should be asked to provide the same Fuller ID and password that is used to access your Fuller email and Canvas.

You should always access EBSCO databases from the library database link, not directly from the vendor website such as https://www.ebscohost.com. 

If you need to reset your Fuller ID and password, you can do so here: https://login.fuller.edu:8443/cas/login

If you are accessing the database through the library website database page and your Fuller ID and password information are correct, and you still cannot gain access, please feel free to email library electronic services at lib-systems@fuller.edu
