Q. I spilled coffee on my Interlibrary Loan book. Do I have to pay for the damage?

The lending libraries will assess any damage to borrowed items and notify our staff of any replacement charges. Once the lending library sends an invoice to us for replacement cost, the fee will be applied to your library account and access to ILL services will be blocked until it is paid. Any ILL fees can be paid online here. The Library Circulation desk no longer accepts cash or check payments.
