Q. I returned my ILL book to the book drop last night at 8PM. Why is it not checked in yet?

Our ILL (Interlibrary Loan) staff members work during regular daytime business hours (Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM). If you return your book after 5pm, or during the weekend, please expect a short delay in processing book returns.
