Q. Where do I pick up my ILL book?

When you receive an email notifying you that your ILL book has arrived at the Pasadena library, you may go to the circulation desk on the first floor of the library to pick up your book. You must present a photo ID. Some ILL books may not be taken out of the library. Circulation staff will hold onto your photo ID while you are using the resource.

Note: we cannot mail ILL books to you at another location. ILL books not picked up by their due date will be sent back to the lending library.
