Q. How long does it take to get something through Interlibrary Loan?

The ILL department will do its best to get your requested books or journal articles/book chapters to you in a timely manner, but it all depends on the lending library's workload and availability of the item. For journal articles and book chapters, delivery typically takes between 1 and 10 days. For books, delivery can take between 3 and 14 days (sometimes longer than 14 days for international borrowing).
