Links to books, ebooks, and articles in the library catalog are dynamically created and this is why you cannot just copy and paste the URL from your browser’s address box. To link to an exact item in the catalog you must copy and save the persistent URL for the item, also known as a permalink.
To find the permalink, look for the "share" tab in your results list or in the detailed item record (opened by clicking the item title).

Click on the "share” tab and click the "copy link" button, or else highlight and copy the visible URL address link.

Paste the link in the location of your choice
