There isn't a way to limit search results to PDF-only. You can filter your search to full text articles, which often include PDFs.
In the Library Catalog (WorldCat)
Use the filters on the left side of the results page:
- Select Fuller Libraries
- Under Content, choose Full Text
- Under Format, choose Article
You may need to click "See more" to find these options.
In Databases (EBSCO, ATLA, ProQuest, etc.)
Most databases have a Full Text checkbox - select this before or after running your search.
After opening an article, look for PDF Full Text if you specifically need a PDF.

Tip
If you want more consistent full text results, start from the Databases A-Z page and select the Journal/eJournal Resources and Full Text filters. These are more likely to include downloadable PDFs.
