Here are some possible scenarios/solutions:

Your Fuller ID
Your library account is linked to your Fuller ID username and password. If you have forgotten your Fuller ID password, you can reset it here. If you are a Fuller alumni or a new student and you do not think that you have ever set up a Fuller ID account, you can claim your Fuller ID here

Your Browser

We found that IE 9 causes a lot of issues with loading the My Account page. Try using other browsers (Firefox, Google Chrome, etc) and if possible, update to their latest versions.

Also ensure that your browser allows pop-ups and that cookies are enabled for this site.
