Yes! The David Allan Hubbard Library is introducing a new way of printing in our building – Wēpa. Wēpa is an outsourced, cloud based, print management solution for patron printing that allows you to print from literally anywhere, including your laptop!

There are now seven different ways you can transfer documents to your printing queue at the Wepa kiosks, four of which can be activated straight from your laptop.

1. Traditional

Users can download Wēpa print software to their personal computers by logging into their Wēpa account. This grants you fast, easy printing from any Windows or Mac application, right on your laptop. With the Traditional upload feature, you can print from any Windows or Mac application that allows printing with maximum control over print settings (e.g. print individual pages).

How it works

Follow this link to initiate a one-time download: www.wepanow.com/printdriver. Then, open your document, choose "file>print" and select your preferred Wēpa printer (black or color, single or double-sided). Click here for further instruction.

2. Web

After logging in with your credentials or creating an account, you can upload documents from your computer or connected network directly to your user account. You can control settings and document print requirements before upload with easy to navigate controls.

How it works

Login at wepanow.com/webupload, select your documents and "send to Wēpa." Details here.

3. Email

Print from any device that can send email. No account is needed, just email the document and use the Wēpa Code in the reply at any Wēpa print station. If you have a Wepa account, just send an email to print@wepanow.com with your user account email address and you will find the document(s) in your documents list at any Wepa Kiosk. Detailed instructions are available here.

How it works

Attach your document to an email, send to print@wepanow.com and use the provided Wēpa Code to print your document at any Wēpa print station. If you send from your Wepa account email, no code is required as the documents will automatically be added to your account queue. Printing from your Wēpa account email also avoids the $.40 service fee for guest users.

4. Cloud

Wēpa's Cloud Storage feature allows users to print from their current file storage providers (Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, Office 365 or OneDrive) by accessing it right at the print station. This will allow you to access any file you want to print like it’s being stored right on the print station! Click here for more details.

How it works

Access your Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, Office 365 or OneDrive account on your laptop and upload your files. Access your cloud storage directly at any Wēpa print station to print your files.
