Q. Why do I get a "Page can not be displayed” or "Page not found" error while trying to access databases remotely?

If you see either of these errors in relation to accessing a Fuller database, it may mean several things:

1. The database is down due to maintenance. Please check the library website News section for updates and retry accessing this database in an hour. 
2. If there isn't any news, the error may be due to something on our end. Email lib-systems@fuller.edu with the subject Database Error: [Insert Database Name Here]. Someone will contact you very soon. 
3. If there isn't any downtime AND everything is fine on the library side, it may be due to your internet settings. Delete your cookies and browser history (instructions for Chrome, and Safari) and make sure your security isn't set on "High" and try again.
