It appears that a recent update on Google Chrome is preventing the Fuller ID sign in page from launching properly when attempting to sign in to your library account. This results in a repeating loop of failed sign in attempts.

The problem is solved when using a different web browser, but you can also repair the issue within Chrome by clearing the browser's cookies and cache. Instructions for doing this through Google Chrome settings are available here.

A web browser saves data called cookies to keep track of user preferences and other data in the cache to improve the loading speed of previously visited websites. Sometimes, after an update, the data saved within cookies and cache is outdated and no longer functions properly. Clearing this data allows the browser to function properly again.

If you are still unable to log in to your library account after using a different browser or clearing your cookies and cache, please don't hesitate to contact us lib-systems@fuller.edu. We will be happy to assist you!
