You can request a Scan-on-Demand service through the InterLibrary Loan page.
First, log into your library account by clicking "My Account" in the top right corner of the library home page.
Once you are logged in to your library account, click on your name on the top right corner. You will see a drop down menu. Click on the second link My ILL Request.
Then, click Create Request to create a new request.
Since you are requesting a book chapter, click the "Book/Book Chapter" tab. (Click "article" to request scan on demand articles.) Make sure to select "yes" for "is this a scan on demand request," and provide all required citation information (with asterisks*). In comments line, please provide the call number of the book. This will greatly expedite the speed with which your request can be fulfilled.
Once all the information is complete, click submit and you are set!
If you have further questions on requesting a Scan-on-Demand service, please see the detailed instructions on our Library Services for Online Users guide, or contact our interlibrary loan librarian at firstname.lastname@example.org
