Most of the journal articles/book chapters that we receive through Interlibrary Loan arrive as .PDFs. These will either be emailed to you or uploaded to the ILL page of your library account. To access the document from your account, follow these steps:
- Log into your library account.
- Select "My ILL requests" from the user links drop down menu (your name in the top right corner).
- Click the link to the appropriate article/chapter under "Interlibrary Loan Requests."
- Documents posted to this page will remain accessible for 30 days or 5 views, whichever comes first.
Sometimes, articles/book chapters arrive in the form of paper photocopies. These will be available at the circulation desk in the library (Pasadena). Please present a photo ID when picking up your article. You do not need to return the article; it is yours. (Please note: if your request is purchased as an ejournal, you will be notified and given instructions on accessing your article online.)
