Here are some possible scenarios/solutions:
Your barcode (L number)
If your L number has five digits, make sure that you enter an L before the numbers (i.e. L*****). If your L number has six digits, only enter those six digits and exclude the L (i.e. ******).
Some library cards have your L number listed on them with a D before and an A after (i.e. D*****A). When entering this, make sure to exclude the D and the A.
Your L number can be found under your personal information on the Current Students Homepage.
We found that IE 9 causes a lot of issues with loading the My Account page. Try using other browsers (Firefox, Google Chrome, etc) and if possible, update to their latest versions.
Also ensure that your browser allows pop-ups and that cookies are enabled for this site.
