The library system generates courtesy reminders concerning books two days before they are due. These notices are emailed.
By checking out library materials, patrons assume responsibility for returning those materials on time. If, for any reason, the courtesy e-mail is not received by the patron, the patron is still responsible for returning the materials by the due date.
