There are likely two possible issues affecting your account:

  • Fuller ID - if your Fuller ID password is not recognized, you can reset it here. If you are unable to reset your password after following the instructions at the link above, please contact Tech Support at techsupport@fuller.edu and include in the subject line "Fuller ID Issues." 
  • Library Account - if you are able to log on to your Fuller ID (and use the apps in the Google Suite, and Canvas) then there's something happening on the library side. Please contact lib-systems@fuller.edu and let us know what is going on. Sometimes, this is a simple reimport into our system, but other times, our library vendor (OCLC) may need to be contacted.
