There are two answers to this question:

  • Fuller ID - if you have password issues with your Fuller ID, you can reset it here. Please contact Tech Support at Include in the subject line "Fuller ID Issues," if you are unable to reset your password after following the instructions at the link above. 
  • Library Account - if you are able to log on to your Fuller ID (and use the apps in the Google Suite, and Canvas) then there's something happening on the library side. Please contact and let us know what is going on. Sometimes, this is a simple reimport into our system, but other times, there might be something happening on the OCLC side.
